Not good experience

Sea view and it was clean

No lifts. you should go far to get the elevator although there is one near to your room but it is all the time off. Food is not enough quantity not enogh for two adults. AC is very bad. Sometimes works Sometimes not working. Need more care and more respect to Egyptian guests. I do not recommend it until they change all bad points which they know better than any other one.

Value for price - Enjoyable place and helpful staff - Quiet place to stay - 4 diverse swimming pools

The view of the rooms, with a view of the sea on the upper floor, is wonderful, especially in the morning. The rooms are clean and of a reasonable size The staff is helpful - the reception is good with great music - the bar is quiet, I could work there for hours - the roads and around the swimming pool are clean

Not great but cheap

Nice simple breakfast

Room floor was so dusty and dirty and bathroom was not the cleanest. Beach is so far away you have to take a car. Some staff members by the reception carry a frown around and are not welcoming and a bit short tempered Unclean pool.

Misleading photos because the hotel is far from the beach you have to get a mini bus to get there and come back which let you not stay long enough by the beach all day! Also wifi wasn't working most the time even when it works you have to be downstairs by reception because it doesn't work in the room. In terms of food was alright but limited options and less drinks per mini plastic cup.

Nothing to like. I don’t complain easy, but this is a place that should be pulled down.

Everything, from staff rudeness, to the filthy blood splattered walls in the most expensive executive suite, If that was their best, I would hate to see the cheaper rooms.

No poolside view, No soap, No mini-bar, No bottle water.

No poolside view, No soap, No mini-bar, No bottle water. Bath towel is musty. The side table is sticky. The hotel area is under development and is in a devastated area. The sound of sports broadcasts from outside was annoying until midnight. Payment is only cash applicable. Credit card is not accepted by credit card readers trouble. So, I had to go outside the hotel and walk 1km in the dark to withdraw money at the ATM.

Not a disaster, but we expected better service in a four star hotel.

The food was plentiful and the deserts were especially nice.

The service was terrible. We arrived late at night and waited two hours for our rooms. We stayed three nights and the room was not cleaned once. Once we waited 45 minutes in the mini bus which was supposed to take us to the beach.

The rooms are really nice and also the swimming pools.

The open buffet does not serve nice food and very minimal variety in small portions. Also the private beach is not onsite. So you have to take the free microbus from the hotel to the beach only twice per day at 10 am and 4 pm. So it's s bit restrictive. I booked online using booking.com and chose their highest rate room All inclusive and sea view. When I arrived at the hotel, they advised that the All Inclusive Does not include any alcoholic beverages. This was very disappointing because All Inclusive in all hotels in Egypt means that it must include alcohol.
